Learning How To Do Business As A Badass Sensitive Woman

I am still learning how to do business as a woman, I am still learning how to do business as a badass sensitive woman on a healing mission. I am navigating the witch wound, the being seen wound, the under charging wound and all the ego tricks in between...⁠

I believe that my business is a healer herself and she has been healing me since day one. She doesn't let me hide, she calls me out on my smallness and she shows me all the places where I need to grow. She is my mirror.⁠

But I am still learning how to be a WOMAN in business. I have a history of working to the bone, I always had multiple jobs & internships, I didn’t know what white space looked like. Was it worth issues, definitely. Was it a helpless need to save the world, yep. Was it a lack of education of how my body works as a woman, 100%. Did I end up sick, burnt out and frustrated, you bet.⁠

I will say it once and say it again, women are not just equal, we are DIFFERENT. Our needs are different. Our biology is different. The way we should run our businesses is different. I am still learning what works for me and it's taken many, many mistakes. But one thing I have learnt is that I don't want to force myself to do it like a dude. I want to do it like a woman, I want to do it like the fierce feminine that I am.⁠

I’ve stopped trying to be the sun and instead surrendered to myself as the moon. I am mysterious, cyclical, inspired. I am ready to make waves when I am full and to retreat when I am new.⁠
