Sacred Sites

Old friend, let me sit you down and thank you for all you do. Let me offer you tea, herbs and gratitude.

You are not the place for me to leave my worries and pains, you are the place for me to celebrate all that is, to remember to hope, to remember why I am here, to open my eyes and be deeply humbled.

I see you.

Too often we treat sacred sites with entitlement, "I want healing" or "I want to be rid of this feeling". But with any old friendship there is a flow and exchange, would you dump all your problems on a friend and leave their house? If so that friend may become weary. So visit these sites in gratitude, offer them love, herbs, crystals and thanks for all the codes they patiently hold for us, for being the beacon of light that they are. Watch how this flow naturally returns.... Not from entitlement and expectations, but from reverence and trust.
